Is this normal? First off, he's wearing khaki shorts with black socks and brown shoes. You think, freak accident right? But look closer at his ankles. Yep, I saw it too! A tan line! Is this what I think it means??? Does this poor man do this on a regular basis?

AHHHHH!!!! Fashion disasters like this are all too normal! Perhaps the Peace Corps could refocus on these sorts of issues. This would lead to less irritation on the part of many people and more cooperation world-wide. Your job would be much easier, I'm sure.
