Peace Corps Update
Well, I am supposed to leave for the Ukraine August 20th, but it doesn't look like I will make that date. It has taken me three weeks to get all my medical stuff done and after tomorrow I will have completed all I can. I need to be medically cleared by mid July. If I miss my cut off I should still be in an Eastern Europe country, but not Ukraine. This also means that I will be leavivng in September instead of August.

I've already informed Jimmy that we can't get married until you've been in Eastern Europe for at least 8 months. I'm sure I could wait another month. ;-) I hope that the process speeds up for you, my friend.

And I thought you only had to wait for things an insanely long time in Panama! I'm so sorry Laura, I wish that it was faster. Maybe you should try my technique and borrow someone's kids for awhile and just sit in the offices that need to help you and let the kids scream. It seems to be working for me. I'm so sorry. I love you.

I am going to staging for Ukraine Sept. 28th, but I noticed you were originally going to Ukraine in August. Maybe you'll end up going in my group.
